Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Teacher who will be responsible for the care and education of children aged 3 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment that supports the developmental needs of young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, fostering social and emotional growth, and working closely with parents to support each child’s individual learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development and progress.
- Encourage social interaction and the development of key skills such as communication, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive educational environment.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is preferred.
- A deep passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
